We have a mobile food vendor on site, serving cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner at a cost.
In the evenings, Camborne and Redruth District Lions Club (aka “The Lions”) run an in-character tavern with a variety of drinks, with all proceeds going to charity.
Alternatively, you’re welcome to bring any food and drink you like with 2 restrictions:
1. No alchohol can be consumed before or during a combat encounter
2. Barbeques and open flames must be raised off the ground. You must bring your own fuel, using wood from the forest is strictly forbidden.
We strongly recommend bringing plenty of water. A chaotic weekend with us can be very physically demanding at times.
Toilets can be found next to the in-character village. We will supply toilet roll, but spare loo roll is always a good idea.
A shower is attached to the toilet block as well, open for use to all campers. Please bring your own shower supplies and towel.
The gates are open 24 hours once the event begins, if you want to travel home at night.
If you get yourself a weekend ticket, camping is included on Saturday and Friday evening, 1 minute’s walk from the Tavern. We provide the space, you provide the tent. We also have limited spaces for in-character tents as well, should you wish to wake up right next to the action.
For an additional £5 you can arrive on Thursday from 4.30pm stay the night. Otherwise, everyone is welcome from 3pm on Friday. The tavern will be open on Friday for pre-game drinks.
Otherwise, Camborne and Redruth are both a 10 minute drive from the campsite, where you can find any number of hotels and B&Bs to rest your head.
